DNEWIQ CORP / Website use

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 11, 2026Editorial & publication design

On this page

These terms govern use of the DNEWIQ website and its materials. A paid design project begins only after its scope, price and working arrangements have been agreed separately.

01. Purpose and operator

This website is operated for DNEWIQ CORP and describes editorial and publication design services. It presents the company's service categories, starting scopes, indicative fees, working process and contact information. The site is an informational introduction to those services. It does not function as an online checkout, a publication distribution platform or a marketplace for downloadable design products.

These Terms & Conditions address website use and website materials. The Terms of Service address commissioned design work; the Payment Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy explain the associated commercial arrangements. A written project proposal or agreement identifies the actual services ordered. If you have a question about the website or believe that a published statement needs correction, use the company contact information at the end of this page.

02. Permitted use

You may read the website, navigate its sections, review service details, use the local project-brief feature and print the legal pages for your own reference. You may share the website address or refer another person to the company. These uses do not give you ownership of the site's design, illustrations, code, written materials or any third-party assets used to present them.

Please use the website in a lawful way that does not interfere with other visitors or the operation of its hosting platform. Do not attempt to access restricted systems, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the displayed contact details for unsolicited bulk messages. Ordinary indexing, accessibility tools and legitimate browser functions are not prohibited merely because they access page content automatically.

03. Website content and illustrative imagery

Descriptions on this website explain the services that DNEWIQ offers and the proposed way of working. Publication imagery is conceptual visual material about layout, typography and page structure. It is not presented as evidence of a completed client project, an endorsement or a previous publication outcome. DNEWIQ is a newly established company and this website does not publish client testimonials or a portfolio of completed commissions.

Typography seen inside an illustration or decorative publication object is part of the illustration, rather than an instruction, an offer or essential website information. The page's written content defines the services. No claim is made that engaging a design service will produce a particular sales result, audience size, ranking, distribution level or publication acceptance.

04. Website intellectual property

Website copy and original website assets are protected to the extent that applicable intellectual property law recognizes protection. Other materials, including fonts and platform components, may be supplied under their own licenses. The DNEWIQ name and presentation must not be used to suggest an affiliation, endorsement or authorization that has not been given.

You may keep a reasonable copy of a legal page or service description for personal evaluation of the services. Reproducing the website as your own business site, redistributing its illustrations as a product, or removing attribution from licensed assets requires appropriate permission. Rights in a client publication or a commissioned deliverable are determined by the project agreement, rather than by your access to this website.

05. Prices and service availability

Starting prices are shown in United States dollars for the specific starter scopes described in the service-detail panels. They are not an automatic quote for every publication bearing the same service name. Page count, content readiness, file formats, image requirements, additional editions, software compatibility and revision needs can affect the final fee. Applicable taxes and approved third-party expenses, if any, are addressed in the written proposal or invoice.

A service description or an available form does not guarantee that a particular start date or deadline can be accommodated. Availability and timing are confirmed after the brief is reviewed. DNEWIQ may update future service descriptions and starting prices, but an agreed project fee is governed by its agreement and any approved scope changes. Material pricing errors should be corrected before a project is accepted rather than treated as an undisclosed charge.

06. The local project-brief feature

The brief feature helps you define the service, publication type and content requirements that you want to discuss. It validates the required fields in your browser and then displays a confirmation. The feature does not send the entered information to DNEWIQ, open an email application, request payment, reserve a time slot or form a service contract. The confirmation means only that the fields were complete.

To make an actual inquiry, contact editorial@dnewiq.com or use the other plain-text details provided by the company. Do not rely on the local form as the sole way to communicate a deadline, approval, cancellation or privacy request. Do not enter information that you are not authorized to disclose. The Privacy Policy describes which website information is processed locally and which information DNEWIQ receives through direct correspondence.

07. Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to present clear descriptions and functioning navigation. However, the website may be temporarily unavailable, a platform service may change, and a page can contain an error. If a discrepancy matters to your project, ask for written clarification before relying on it. A confirmed project agreement is the place to record the requirements and commitments that determine the work.

General publication information on the site is not a substitute for advice from the professional responsible for your text, legal obligations, printer specifications or publishing decisions. The services focus on visual organization and design. Copyediting, factual verification, rights clearance, legal review, printing and distribution are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

08. Privacy and third-party platform functions

The site's own navigation points to home-section anchors and the legal pages listed in its footer. Email addresses, the telephone number and the address are displayed as text rather than automatic email, call or map links. Website hosting and consent-related platform functions may nevertheless involve third-party services that operate under their own terms.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the information practices implemented by these pages. Optional tracking is not authorized merely by using the site or opening a service panel. Privacy choices are presented separately. If your browser or assistive technology has difficulty with a page, the Accessibility Statement explains how to describe the problem and request another way to obtain the information.

09. Responsibility and mandatory rights

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on general website information and for lawful use of your own browser and device. DNEWIQ remains responsible for obligations that applicable law imposes and for the commitments expressly made in an accepted service agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove a mandatory consumer right or prevent a lawful complaint.

The website does not impose an automatic charge, automatic renewal, arbitration requirement or waiver of claims through its local form. Any limits or allocation of responsibility for commissioned work should be stated in the project agreement and remain subject to mandatory law. If a concern arises, contact the company with the relevant page or project details so it can be considered directly.

10. Changes and contacting the company

These website terms may be updated as the website's functions and service presentation develop. The last-updated date at the top identifies the current published version. A website update does not silently replace the scope, fee, delivery arrangements or ownership provisions in an existing project agreement. A change to an ongoing project requires the agreement or notice appropriate to that change.

If you believe website material infringes your rights, identify the material, explain the rights concerned and provide a way to contact you. For other questions, describe the relevant page and the issue clearly. Do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information with a website complaint.
